Frequently Asked Questions

We are able to alter the sizes of most bracelets! Please send us a size adjustment inquiry at (craftsoasis.cu@gmail.com) with the name and/or photo of your bracelet, and the size you’d like. 

Step 1: Have a high quality design ready. Low quality images may not be usable, or may result in a long wait. Step 2: Find the product you want in the shop, and order the amount that you want. Step 3: Click on the "Customizer" tab, and enter your information, what you’re looking for, and attach as many images as you need. We will get back to you once we have the order and information from you. Please send required information within 72 hours or your order will be cancelled and refunded. 

Everyone’s wrist size is different, but Adult Small is the most common size. Don’t worry if we don’t have your size listed, you can request your size by contacting us.
