Return and Refund Policy

Our refund and return policy is as follows:

  • Items are well inspected before being shipped to customers. Many items are limited edition, meaning that most items are irreplaceable. You must contact us within 3 days of your purchase, or of the day your shipment arrived. Contacting us within this allotted time does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or exchange.
  • If you return the product for a refund, it cannot be worn, used, changed,  or damaged in any way. Please keep in mind that bracelets and chains snap if snagged or pulled,  and we are therefore most likely not able to assist in that case. Regardless, we'd be happy to repair items if possible.
  • We do not refund or accept returns for customized products. We walk you through the entire process to ensure that your customized product is ready to go.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the post office first and begin a missing mail search( for insured or uninsured packages). If you would like to purchase insurance for the package, please message us within 30 minutes of submitting your order. If your package was insured, please file a claim for the package and request help from USPS if the package was stolen. We will ask for proof of claims/photos, as refunds for lost or stolen packages, negatively affect small businesses. We will try our best to help you in the event that this happens.
  • You may return the product for these reasons: 1. The produced was damaged and you want us to try to fix it. 2. You received the wrong product or size. 
  • If an item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the product for a possible replacement or refund. You must provide a photo of the damaged product. In most cases, we only refund for broken products and not for reasons such as water damage or other causes. 
  • To initiate a refund, please visit our contact us page and message us. We do not pay postage for returns, replacements, or repairs.
  • Refunds can take 1-14 days depending on your bank or payment method. Thank you.
